From 24th May to 4th June 2017, International Cooperation Centre (ICC) together with Faculty of Applied Art organized “Leadership Camp 2017” at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. International students from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and Korea united with Thai students joined the “Leadership Camp 2017” included plenty activities. On the first day Ms. Sikan Kulchonchan, Vice President for International Affairs, KMUTNB and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ngamthip Wimolkasem, Dean, Faculty of Applied Arts made the opening speeches and welcomed all students. During the Leadership Camp all students attended morning classes consisted in “Leadership”, “Cyber Bullying” and “Public Speaking” lectures by international teachers from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. International and Thai students also attended other activities such as: cultural exchanges, cultural & languages, Thai garland, Thai boxing. Outdoor activities were: Volunteer project at Wat-Pra Sart Elementary school; visit Rattanakosin Hall, Bang Pa-In Palace and Ayuttaha Temples and Elephant camp. On the last day ICC organized “Public Speaking” competition at 2nd floor meeting room Faculty of Applied Art, KMUTNB. Aim of the project was to encourage cultural exchanges between Thai and International students moreover give to them information about leadership; sharing experiences and using case study to improve public speaking skills.
